Besides this performance, the physical preparation of the sportsman strengthens the pleasure in the game and decreases undoubtedly the risk of wounds thanks to a better prepared musculo-tendinous system.

The physical preparation deals with qualities of stamina, of strength, of flexibility, of power, of address, of balance and of body movements. Any worked physical quality improves no matter your level of departure and influence inevitably your sports performances, as far as the work is made in a regular way ( several months) and in qualitative way (respect for the physical integrity).
